Accuracy: We do our best to show the true colors and details of our clothes. However, what you see depends on your monitor, so slight color variations might happen.

Order Acceptance: Sometimes we might have to cancel an order because an item suddenly went out of stock, or there was a pricing error. If we do, we will let you know immediately and refund your money.

Pricing: Prices can change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted.

2. Payments & Security

We accept standard, secure payment methods (like credit cards, UPI, or PayPal).

You agree to provide accurate and current payment information. We keep your details safe and never store your full payment card info on our servers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the address you give us at checkout. Please double-check it!

Delivery dates are our best estimates. While we usually hit them, sometimes delays happen due to couriers or bad weather.

Once the package is delivered to your doorstep, it belongs to you.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GURRJN outfits! If something isn't right:

Condition: Clothes must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the original tags still attached.
