Because we curate premium collections, we maintain a very strict return policy. Please read the rules below before making a purchase.

1. When are Returns & Refunds Allowed?

We ONLY accept returns and issue refunds for:

Defective/Damaged items (products that arrived broken, torn, or damaged).

Wrong items (if we shipped the incorrect design or color).

We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Size issues (please check the size chart carefully before buying).

Change of mind (if you simply do not like the style, fit, or fabric in person).

2. The Mandatory Return Process

To protect against fraudulent claims, we require proof of damage or error. You must follow these steps exactly:

Record an Uncut Video: You must film a continuous, uncut video of yourself opening the parcel. The video must clearly show the courier label, the sealed package being opened for the first time, and the defect or wrong item.

24-Hour Window: Share this uncut video with us via WhatsApp/iMessage at [Insert Contact Number] within 24 hours of the delivery time stamped by the courier.

⚠️ Important Note: If the video is edited, cut, or sent after the 24-hour deadline, we cannot process your return or refund. No exceptions.

3. Refunds

Once we verify your uncut parcel-opening video and approve the claim, we will process your refund. The money will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
